Evan Rotman didn’t get on the culinary train until his early 20’s, but ever since then, he has not looked back.Born in Southern California, and moving to the glorious bay area in his teens gave him a good understanding of all that is good in life. He still claims that it was living near San Francisco that made him appreciate fine things.
In the past 5 years, he has worked on both private and charter boats in the Bahamas, Caribbean, and the Mediterranean. He does estate work, and has been cooking regularly on one of the premier private islands in the Bahamas. In the past year, he has been working with a company specializing in rock n roll tour catering, and has toured and cooked for John Mayer and the Dead (Grateful Dead).
His passions are food, music and travel.
